Developmentally appropriate speed, agility, strength & fitness training for children ages 7-14
Both Speed & Agility and Strength & Speed Camps Promote:
  • Improve speed, power, quickness, footwork, and running form.
  • Prevent injury, improve flexibility and fitness level.
  • Have FUN learning new, safe, & effective exercises and techniques!
Strength & Speed Camps - Small Group Personal Training - Ages 10-14:
  • Develop core, hip, and posterior chain strength.
  • Learn the Safe Foundations of Strength Training in a Small Group.
Select session time of 4:30PM or 5:30PM for June 13 - August 8, 2019
• Session #1:
Thursdays, 4:30pm - Strength & Speed (Ages 10-14) $225
• Session #2: Thursdays, 5:30pm - Speed & Agility (Ages 7-14) $150
*No Camp July 4th. BONUS/Make Up "9th" Camp, August 15th. Children of Summer's Fitness Members or 2nd Child receives 10% off.

Professional instruction with the Summer's Fitness Team. Summer's Fitness founded in 2007, by Summer Montabone, earned her Bachelors degree in Health & Physical Education ('98), while participating in Division I Track, at the University of Toledo. Summer has obtained several certifications from resistance band instruction to National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) - (CSCS) Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist ('03) and has been an invited speaker to the International Society of Sport Nutrition. Summer oversees a team of degreed and certified professionals to help individuals achieve their personal best! (R)
